The Price Guarantee is applicable under the following conditions:
Comparable Units: The competing offer must be for a "self-storage" type unit of the identical size.
Verification: You must send the competing offer (either as a text message or a photo/screenshot) to info@selfstore.hu.
Validity: The competing offer must still be valid at the time it is submitted to us.
Location: The guarantee applies specifically to our storage facilities located in Budapest.
New Customers: You are eligible if you are a new customer (meaning you have not had an active contract with us within the last six months).

Exceptions

Please note that the Price Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
Private Offers: The offer is from a private individual rather than a registered self-storage company.
Non-Storage Facilities: The lower price is for a garage, a basement locker in a residential building, or pallet storage. These services differ significantly from the high-quality self-storage standards we provide and are not directly comparable.
Existing Contracts: You already have an active rental agreement with us or have already moved into your unit. The Price Guarantee cannot be applied retroactively.
Vague Pricing: The offer does not state a specific final price (e.g., it only lists a "starting from" rate).
Additional Services: The guarantee does not cover ancillary services such as moving, transport, or packing.
